Help me procure an odd size woodruff key

Woodruff keys on my Jonsered 451 need replacement, non-standard size apparently since I can't find it online. They are 2mm width, 4 mm height, 9.7 mm length/diameter. Got some from McMaster that were 2x3.7x9.7 but those will not do, they are not tall enough, they're flush with the shaft when inserted, and eBay searches result in the sizes available at McMaster.

Does anyone have two they can part with or maybe know where I can get one?

Fair enough. I am, in so far as let me finish my first restoration while I work two jobs and deal with three toddlers at home.

I take bolt cutters to a washer and file to fit. They are supposedly just for lineup.
