Blown away at how well this worked. Been a couple nights now, & Im very happy with the results. Been pretty cold the last couple nights too. @ 7:00am this morning it was 8 degrees outside. The two cold bedrooms are now within 10 degrees of the main living area. My total cost to do this was like Greens said, $300. Fans, ducts, flex duct, registers, wire, & boxes. Well worth it. Install took approx. 4-5 hrs.

Oh... I still want an OWB...lol.

Simplest is best in my book. Glad you found a cheap solution to the problem. Thanks to the guys/gals and the knowledge here, my fix was a window fan on the floor in the coldest part of a bi-level. Moving the cold air out was much easier than forcing hot air back to where it didn't want to go.
