I am working on a xl that does not oil,,it used to have a primer bulb in the gas cap but that is broke off, it takes a little to start but Im more concerned with it not oiling,, original owner disconnected the lines that went to the primer in the gas cap,would that affect the oiling ? lines are clear to the bar pad,, the only plumbing diagram I can find that matches this saw is for a 10694-a,, which does show the adjustable oiling valve in the handle not a gas primer in the handle like the 10695a dia shows. it does have a duckbill in the oil tank. gasket on oil cap seems ok also.
