How would you proceed? To fall or climb?

Just scored my fisrt big (for me) tree job.

10 trees to be removed

All are within 50 to 75 feet of the main structure (house + patio)

I numbered the trees on the pictures for reference (missing tree # 10)

Equipment I plan on bringing to job site:
-Chainsaws: 372xp (28 inch bar), Ms400c (20 inch bar) for climbing and gournd work, Ms201T + Echo 2511(backup)
-Falling gear: axe, 4 wedges
-Climbing gear: full set up with spikes
-Rigging set up: rigging line 2 x 100ft, snatch block, tree saver strap, shackel
-Truck with

Description:
-Tree #1/2/3 are sitting on a steep slope. They are sound and good to climb. The house is facing the trees at about 50 feet. Behind them is the road. Can't fall that way due to power lines.
Solution: was thinking of climbing them, putting a rope in it, putting tension on it and falling it diagonnally.

-Tree #4 is pretty straight forward. Easy fall

-Tree #5: is slightly leaning toward the house (located in front of it). Was thinking of either climbing in it, putting a rope, tenison on the rope and falling it opposite to the house. Or simply wedging it over.

-Tree #6: climbing in it, debone it and falling it piece by piece

-Tree #7: either climb/debone/fall or simply wedging it over (not sure if the top would'nt get caught in branches)

-Tree #8: falling it

-Tree #9: is leaning pretty heavily towards the house so planning on climbing/debone/fall or rope in it and some wedges

-Tree #10: is the one next to #7 with orange ribbon. Was planning on wedging it over

What do you think?

I know info is limited and is hard to tell but any pointers is appreciated.

Also, climbing to place a rope for pulling a tree over--unnecessary. Use a throwline (and a Bigshot) to get the rope in the tree.

But yeah, some or most of those look like simple felling jobs.
