My Husky 395xp since new stalls out during cut like its running out of fuel , took it back to dealer 2 times first they said spark plug bad second time fuel filter bad ,but never fixed the problem . When it stalls if i take the fuel filter off it runs great have used new filters but it still does it, have gotten new fuel ethanol free and husky 0il is it possible the tank vent not
working have lost face with dealer

Any 395 owners can help with this.
If saw is under warranty I would take it back, and send the shop
an email outlining the issue and how long its been going on.

Are you actually leaving the filter off, and the saw will run with no issue.,

To test tank vent, when saw stops, tilt on side, open tank lid, replace again
and try to start again.

Check that vent. I've been reading through various searches that the 395 can be plagued with a bad vent. That will create a partial vacuum in the tank and make it very starting when warm. To test for this, when the saw stalls or becomes hard to start, Crack the fuel tank open just eight to let air in. Close the tank and try starting it again. It's a classic vapor lock issue.
