Husqvarna 262xp has too much bar oil coming out

Hi everyone, I have a 1994 husqvarna 262xp. The last time I ran the saw was about 2 months ago and had nothing wrong with it. Fired it up today (10/13/2021) and noticed way too much bar oil coming out. I was wondering if there’s an adjust for that on the saw? I see the plus and minus indicators but no screw to adjust. Can there be a bigger issue if there isn’t an adjuster screw?

there is an adjuster hiding behind the clutch drum...straight blade screw driver (the "tuning" one works well here) used in the "groove" between the plus and minus
