Thanks for posting up the info, I checked paleryder, and he hasn't posted since 2015. He may have just been passing through, Joe.
Thanks for letting me know. I would have wondered if he saw the post. BTW, there;s also one that looks pretty nice on Craigslist in Kalamazoo. They're asking $500 (I think) and I'd go after it myself if I wasn't afraid I'd get in hot water and end up sleeping with it in the garage.

Like a few others I’m looking for the manual for the splitter. I picked one up for $150 not working. Replaced the carb on the original motor did some tuning and splits like a champ. Would like the manual for fine tuning. Thank you

Welcome Dennis, what model do you have? The old ones had two stage hydraulic cylinders, and the new ones had two stage pumps, like new splitters have.

No markings on it but has a 2 stage cylinder. About a 30-35 ton machine. Automatic operation. The wheels can be raised and lowered with a cable hooked to the cylinder and the hydraulic tank is on the operator lever side. Over all length of the splitter is like 12’

lickety splitter

I was inquiring about a manual earlier. Sorry I wasn't more specific. There is a rebuild procedure manual for the 26-MK34 and 26-MK52 models that has exploded views. That's the one I'm missing. I have the original parts list manual with exploded views if any one needs a copy.
I could use a copy of any manuals for lickity log splitter, if they are available. Thanks.

You won't get any help from uglystick. I sent him a copy of the manual many years ago, he was to send me a copy of the Kohler rebuild manual & parts list . He got his, I'm still waiting.

Just out of curiosity I looked up Uglystick. He only made those couple posts way back in 2010 and never posted again. I think it's time for you to put in a claim for lost mail?

I have a parts break down and owners manuel in PDF. I'll send them to you if you need them. If your missing any springs I more than likely have them. I had to order 6 of each spring from the Jones spring co. in order for them to send them to me.

Which springs do you have? I would be interested in pdf also if it covers the 60mk unit

I have the model # splitter you are looking for but it's not for sale at this time. Loaned it to a 'friend' of mine who let his neighbor borrow it. Finally got it back minus the kohler engine and the exploded view manual. Trying to find a copy of this so I can rebuild this thing for the third time. Bought it used in '75. Great machine! If I can rebuild it, I will NEVER loan it out again. Any ideas where I can find a manual or download?

Hello...I'm new to this forum and have a Lickity Splitter that I bought last fall. I can't find any ID tag that identifies the model or year manufactured. It runs great and splits wood like butter, but I like to have manuals to troubleshoot problems and info for periodic maintenance for all of the various equipment that I own.

Could I trouble you to send me the PDF files that you have? My cell # is 518-929-7479 and email is [email protected].

Thanks Bob
