Bushings in loader arms are too small, so couldn’t pin it. But did cycle the cylinders, I’m guessing more RPMs will make them work together.

Bushings and lower pins arrived today. It doesn’t look like I’ll get to it though, supposed to snow Wednesday and Thursday. I’ll pick up and move down before then.
Unless you run some sort of tie bar between them they will always open and close like that. Same reason there's a tie bar/plate on a quick attach, keeps everything timed together. Not really a major issue in this instance as it allows for an odd sized object to be grasped by both arms vs just one grasping at the highest point and the other not grabbing anything.
