Looking for Tillotson HS 136 C

Hey everyone. I am looking for a Tillotson HS 136 C carb for an old Husqvarna 285. I have tried other Tillotson HS 136 series, but none I can find allow the saw to fully rev. The 136 C has a governor on it that helps the 85 cc engine get the extra kick it needs. No one seems to have any new old stock in the 136 C. Anyone out there have one lying around the shop?

The larger older partner demo saws like k1200 used the same carb with the govener in them
