Looking for tree removal/pruning contracts near central coast California

Hi my name is sam with Sam's Tree 805 inc. I own a tree device based out of San Luis Obispo county, Ca. I have had my business for 4 + years. But, I worked in my fathers business for many years before that and for other tree services. I have about 10 employees. We are plenty busy with residential work, but I would like to get into some larger contracts or subcontracting for other tree services. I have been slowly upgrading my equipment over the years.
I also passed my arborist certification this year and I am encouraging my team to get theirs as well. Anyways, I am looking for possible work and any advice for future projects.
My current equipment fleet includes:
Bandit 1590 140cat
2017 bandit 19x 225 cat
Vermeer1500 130 Cummings
Boxer 532dx mini skid
2017 kubota svl95-2 w/ Ryan's grapple
2017 international 75ft terex rear mount
2002 gmc lrv56 altec forestry unit
Several chipper trucks 4x4 & 4x2
+ additional support trucks and smaller equipment.
