Louisville Tree Service, LLC is hiring for the following positions:

Climbers & Crew Leaders

• Annual Salary: $40,000- $60,000 plus annual bonus
• Up to 4 weeks of vacation time per year
• Fully-funded Individual Health Insurance after 90 days of employment
• 401k plan with company match
• Signing bonus worth up to $2500 the first year.
• Minimum 3 years professional tree climbing experience
• Minimum 2 years Crew Leading experience
• Ability to lead a professional arborist crew, including operating forestry trucks and hydraulic buckets
• Cheerful willingness to work as part of a team, both as a teacher and a student
• Willing to pursue certifications and continuing education
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
• Must have a clean driving record and be willing to obtain a DOT Medical card
• ISA Certified Arborist® preferred, and will improve compensation
• CDL preferred, and will improve compensation

Groundpeople and Apprentices

• Annual Salary: $28,000- $44,000 plus annual bonus
• Up to 4 weeks of vacation time per year
• Fully-funded Individual Health Insurance after 90 days of employment
• 401k plan with company match
• 1 years professional tree crew experience for groundpeople
• 1 year work experience for apprentices
• Signing bonus worth up to $1800 the first year.
• Cheerful willingness to work as part of a team, both as a teacher and a student
• Willing to pursue certifications and continuing education
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
• Must have a clean driving record and be willing to obtain a DOT Medical card
