I emailed them, but here is another option. Garden hire spares.....another UK company. Parts seem to be cheaper even after the british LB exchange. I have bought some NLA/hard to find 084 parts from this company. They have a US checkout option. Should be around $57 british pounds shipped. Still was cheaper than the $129 I was quoted from the stihl dealer.

Thanks for that . My dealer quoted me $375nz . That site has it for $190nz ! Even if it takes a month + it's worth the wait lol

Glad I could get you in the right direction with that! The shipping time wasn't terrible, but it did take a couple of weeks to get all of my old stock 084 parts together on that order. If everything is in stock, they usually ship out within a couple of days.

Also, is 1144 007 1801 the number for the most current kit? I read they've made revisions, but wasn't sure if the revisions get a different number or not.

Here are some on eBay in the USA, both sellers are good to buy from, I've bought several items in the past from both of them. As far as I know this is the latest kit, unless Stihl updated them in the last month or two.
