i am looking at them, any advice?:yoyo: currently have a bandmill blades are nightmare for east coast spruce.:buttkick:

If i was buying a swinger, i'd get a Peterson. There are some important differences between these two brands, at least important to me...

Check them both out and get the one YOU like best..

What kind of issues are you having with spruce?
short life between sharpnings, wavy wood, slow speed i can compensate but it is time consuming and exspensive the spruce up here has been to much for banmills unless you get to a 3 plus inch blade. :yoyo:

Have you tried a different set on the teeth? With knotty wood the feed rate has to be slowed, but some of that can be helped with a different degree of attack on the tooth set.
