I'm sure this may have been asked before, however, I would like to find a chart to list the different bar mounts( if they are available) used on those vintage McCulloch saws.

D176 and D196 are the two most common. The former is on 10-series/pro mac 55, 555, etc and the latter is typically front-tank Macs. There is an Oregon pdf with all this, I'll see if I can find it.
Or D009 and a grinder, or sharp flat file. ;)

Yes, Mike Acres site has a good reference with life size silhouettes so you can simply lay the bar on a printed copy. Some of the really old saws (3-25, early 33 models, had 5/16" bar studs rather than 3/8" so those bars were odd. Some of the early models with the D-196 type mounts had only the milled thumbnail slots for the bar adjuster, no holes - but in general the two mounts noted will fit everything from the D-44 through SP125 (large mounts) and 1-10 through PM600 Series and even the Titan 50/57/70 models (D-176).
