I am looking for the owners manual for the Timber Bear and also looking for someone in the Indianapolis, IN area that can help me get a couple old saws running. The timber bear has ~120 of compression and has spark so I am not sure why it wont fire. image0.jpeg

My Mac 610 runs today. A little heavy, but a good engine with lots of torque. It's a bit older than the one you show:

Hard to see the chain brake in your Pic. Is it still there?
 
Glad you mentioned the brake, i've now got it to pop, sometimes more than once. Seems a fuel issue at this point. Thanks for your response, it was helpful.
 
I think I can see the brake on yours now. They re-designed it around about 1993, about six years after mine was built and that reduced the saw's weight about half a quarter pound.

Yes, it does sound like you have a fuel issue. Check the hose and the strainer first. Good luck!
