NICE little cabin in the woods, I can just picture the place covered in several feet of snow, and you and yours cozy inside with that woodstove blasting away.

Curious why would you sell the mill after it was so good to ya? Never plan on ever building anything ever again?

Had nothing else to do with the mill. Needed the cash, you know the story.

Local guy bought it, said I can use it when I want. Sounded like a deal to me.
