Probably big enough...but have you looked into having a bandmill in the area help? Will save a lot of time and a lot of wood.

Some will do it in exchange for wood instead of taking money for payment.
 
Use a skip lopro chain and bar.

Keep chain tension fairly high, oil turned up to max plus a bit more poured on the tip every minute or meter when letting the saw cool on idle and obviously sharpening and entire setup accurate, resting the saw on idle before and after cutting plus every meter or minute of milling.

You shouldn't have a problem so long as all those things are perfect and you don't try to push the saw hard or continue cutting when it doesn't want to.
I would get at least 2x extra chains to swap round for milling, especially as once you hit metal or grit it could bend your bar.
Add 10" onto bar size for max width cut/log width you need to cut as a rough rule.
