Yes, mtronic. Will probably be a while before I get back to it. I do free repair work for some non-profits and volunteer groups and I‘ve got my bench backed up right now.

Well I finally figured out the 362cm . The pulse port in the new cylinder was never completely bored. Still had couple thousandths of material left !!! bored it out and it runs great now. Thanks for the input.

Damn, I would have never figured that one out! I always blow out the pulse line when I pull a cylinder but using compressed air it would probably seem ok.
