First Stihl electric chainsaw

090
066
MS661 M-Tronic
044
MS261 M-Tronic
MS461
MS200T & Rear handle MS200
Contra/Lightning
08S
075/076
BLK
028 Super (Love that domed piston)
038 Magnum II

And of course the MS 462. Because, even in its untested first form, it is going to be the BEST!!:numberone::nofunny:

I only get what I like to run for everything. I tried saws that were smaller for one industry but then I have to give them away to a nice home when I don't go back or there's the fear of just becoming a Zoo Keeper. There is a lot of responsibility that goes with them.
They need a lot of attention. I just can't keep them caged.

I'm ok with keeping them caged. At least for now. Yes, I know they deteriorate a bit if they're not used (rubber gets brittle, etc), but it's not irreversible, so I'm not losing any sleep over it. At least not yet.

Thanks

I look at that and think why would you need a 361. That's that odd size in the middle where that saw by it self is good for a lot but with bigger and smaller saws it seems like it would never get used. Just my 2 cents.

I'm definitely going to get one. Seems to be a fairly desirable saw; well regarded by the folks who have one.

You and I think alike. Having said that, I doubt I'll be able to find a 10 cube 090.

Dam Polygamist!
It's personal. It lives in the heart. It's like taking turns dating the 'Swedish twins'. (Inga & Ingrid) that's a partnership. What you have is a "leaky ship".
Any more and it no longer lives in the heart. It would be nothing more than slavery and a pay cheque to me.

"Amazing grace
How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now I'm found
Was blind, but now I see
'Twas grace that taught my heart to fear
And grace my fears relieved
How precious did that grace appear
The hour I first believed"

I'm just asking you to think about it, that's all. *Smiles*

Something about a magnum just does it for me lol I don't own one but an 038 or 056 would be real nice.

I agree! I have a nice 038 Magnum that's coming back together after a full rebuild. And I have a tentative deal struck on a gorgeous 056 Mag with a 36" bar so I can cross that off the wish list...

I've taken a bit of an appetite suppressant, and have been selling off a bunch of saws.

I'm thinking a 4 saw plan is a tad bit more reasonable. Already have 'em all, so I guess that's a good start?

020 Super Top Handle. Needs a rebuild, but have sourced some nice NOS bits for it.

026 Pro. Just rebuilt, Meteor piston, muffler mod, quench set at .021, .325 chain with 7 pin rim drive, 18" bar. For the life of me, I can't understand why this little saw has a decomp, but whatever.

038 Magnum. Finishing it up now. 3/8 with 7 pin, 24" and 28" bar. Pic is from several years ago; looks a lot nicer now.

076 Super. Think I have two to choose from; will probably rebuild both and sell one. This will get .404, of course. I have a few 36" bars and believe I have a nice 41" bar, too.
