Needing a little help from the Arboristsite administrator

Hi all, I have been watching posts on here for quite some time, so am new the the site, but every time I tried making an account, the registration was rejected by the automated computer, because it "resembled spam" (now I find out it was because of VPN). Yesterday I successfully managed to register using a shared email address (with my brother). The problem is now, I cannot changed the email address to my private one, because it is connected to my blocked accounts (I use protonmail, which has a function so you can use an "@pm.me" address rather than the full "@protonmail.com") and I have used both email addresses unsuccessfully.
