old husqvarna 61 high idle position?

HI, I just picked up a low hour husqvarna 61 practica(white top) with a walbro carb. Anyone know if this saw has a high idle position for starting? I just rebuilt the carb and put it back together and I dont see anything in the linkage that does that. Choke works fine, throttle works fine but can't figure out high idle. Anyone have one of these? Its in the throttle trigger and operator presence lever.
Squeeze the trigger. With your thumb pull down and back on the bump at the top of the presence lever than release the throttle.

There is a throutle lock on them I believe. It has to be engaged manually though.
