Partner F65 and R420 questions

The time has come that I have inherited my Dad's Partner F65 Farmer I grew up next to this thing cutting firewood and building log cabins my entire life, so it has been on my radar, and finally, it is in the garage, I'm cleaning it up and replacing old parts, in the garage hunt I came across an R420 as well so I'm fixing up both. I'm curious if anyone knows of a place for parts for these old saws. or creative ways for using new parts on these old saws. the rubbers on the anti-vibe mount for the Handel could use replacing. I'd like to replace the fuel lines and filter is there a universal that worked well for anyone?

Another thing i'd like to add some Dawg spikes to it anyone know a brand that will bolt on to these saws?

I found parts for this pig on there. I bought a crankshaft, a piston kit, air filter, etc . I may have been lucky though.
The fuel lines are through a plastic tank.
