Just purchased a P100 that was missing a carb. If there are other carb options from other saws that would work I would be curious. Feebay isn’t showing any options or anything sold recently. Let me know thanks!

Aftermarket Partner K1200 carbs are cheap and available, you may have to adjust the linkage some but they bolt right on. K1200 is the cutoff saw version of the P100. They use the same piston and cylinder and many other parts.
