Got a ms881 for milling and am considering putting a throttle lock to keep it wide open and not have to hold the trigger except for starting cut and end cut anyone else done that?

Yep Velcro self adhesive type stick M to F wrap around. If just right can slide on and off without re adjusting I used 2 inch wide stuff. Made a completely power fed chainsaw mill from scrap. Drive was a 3/4 hp electric driving a craftsman hydrostatic drive then 2 chains. Echo 59 cc wide open slow feed leaves hands free Gotta be quick on a stall tho….. rotator cup issues the previous crank set up was a killer.
