Shindaiwa 577 fuel pipe

Hi all,
I have a Shindaiwa 577 and I'd like to replace the fuel line from tank to carb.
Problem is it has a fuel line with an integrated grommet that sits in the top of the tank. I can't find a specific replacement.
Has anyone had any luck with using other fuel lines or bodging something up that would work with standard fuel hose?
