Should I send back this rope?

1B4E02E9-0146-4636-A254-42C89F38D8CF.jpegI just got this Blue Ox rope online and noticed some of the strands were popping up... it’s not frayed, but I was curious if I should sent it back or not. It’s my first rope and I’m just starting to climb!
 
The man running the braiding machine should have caught that.

Braider:
Picture a machine with eight to thirty spools of poly strand spinning around a central shaft and each other. Each spool will have a drag brake to keep tension on the poly. Over runs caused the pop up.

Braiders are incredibly slow, noisy and dangerous.
