Not bad for a 1st attempt. Not with pockets of holes like you might find with store bought, but sure tastes like store bought and better. Sure is easier then making Begals.

I have taken to having Sausage (Mc)Muffins with Egg, for my morning breakfast. Life is good!

Looks like the thing to have. Need to get them airy and full of holes first. Now that I know the basics I will roll the dough, cut them to shape, and give them plenty of time (i.e. hours) to reinflate (i.e. rise) before the final pan cook.
