Sparks flying out of tip of bar

I did not see any oil coming off the bar. It may not be oiling the chain. The oiler could be bad or for some reason the oil is not getting on the chain. That bar tip is roasted. I can't tell if the sprocket is causing the sparks or the bar and chain.
