Originally I only replaced the gaskets above the plastic plate and was still having problems. After replacing the two gaskets below the plate, it ran smooth. I need to get a better tune on the carb, I believe it's running a bit hot through long cuts.

The Stihl developed an intermittent racing chain yesterday. It'll be idling along nicely, then the chain will race, then it will settle down again. A new air leak? But only sometimes? The chain does not race when I get off the throttle.
