Friend gave me a Stihl Bar 3003-8646SN It needs a tip, Grey color bar
What is it? I'm thinking Maybe a windsor bar with stihl name?

WOW! I've never seen a Stihl-branded Windsor bar before! I'm guessing that must be an early bar from when Stihl started making saws big enough to pull longer bars and sprocket noses started becoming a thing, so (I'm guessing) Stihl outsourced their bars for a while until they could start making their own.

SN is a Windsor term, and Windsor bars are grey, does it look the middle/bottom one in this pic?

Stihl-mount Windsor bars aren't uncommon. Stihl-labeled Windsor bars are uncommon, at least from what I've seen.
