Stihl fs74 trimmer carb adjustment....ugg

I put a new carb, fuel filter, fuel lines and primer line on. Starts up but wants to bog down when hitting the throttle. I adjusted the high jet just below max rpms. Still wants to cut out unless I feather it.
Any sugfestions?
