Yes it is, a new model of Stihl chainsaw in low ccm3 range. Both Stihl MS 162 models have screw caps for oil and fuel. The one has one nut holding clutch cover with side screw for tightening chain and the other has mechanism for easy adjusting chain tightness. Cute, but why?

If you want something that small I'd thought you'd be better of with a top-hand saw? Can't really see the use-case for a two-hander in that size
