The other day I made some HEXA chain with a 3 corner file and a grandberg jig. I ran it on a worked Stihl 661 36” bar full skip chain falling timber 50”-70” dbh pine and fir. From what I can tell it cuts faster and smoother then my round chisel chain. Cleaning up little Dutchman’s was super easy. I tried to mirror the stihl hexa chain. From what I can tell the angles are pretty dam similar. Has anyone else made there own?
