Zama C1Q-H44

I just received a Homelite Timberman 45CC saw and am looking for an alternate carb to the discountined Zama C1Q-H44.
Any ideas?
I know these are not a popular saw. It is a John Deere model made in Mexico. UT10910.
Issue is it will not stay running. Fires right up, tries to idle, but pull the trigger and it dies. Might be flooding which may mean the internal carb check valves are shot.
Any other ideas?

Thanks for the links.
I have started a conversation with Zama tech support and will see where I get with that.
This carb is discontinued with no alternate. So the immediate availability is to install a carb kit. After that who knows.
