Can I stihl get parts for this beast? Have the oppwrtunity to buy a used one for $250.00

Stihl i think is slowly not making parts for them anymore.
Some of those are available from aftermarket suppliers, but probably a lot of parts available via secondary market ebay etc.

Pretty sure Stihl still sells updated versions overseas based on the 038M (72cc).

It depends on the part anymore. You look it up and you never know if you will find NLA. Should be lots of used out there. Be very careful what you are buying. That price is not a bargain.
