Anyone else use the Stihl HLA 66 and 86 models? They have been great to me. I am just wondering if anyone has had any issues with theirs? We have just greased ours and sharpened ours. They seem a bit slow. (I always want faster battery stuff) Any way to speed them up a bit or any tips on maintenance?

I use the HLA K 145 degree, the Kombi motor setup, and it is rated faster on paper with 4000 strokes per minute. I see the HLA are only rated to 3000 spm per the Stihl website. I would swap to the Kombi setup because it's faster and versatile. The only bit of maintenance is to keep the blades really clean. I use the Stihl branded resin remover and it works well. You can use WD-40 also but it doesn't seem to work quite as well. Mostly you want to make sure whatever solvent you use on the blades won't burn the plants you're cutting. And I do use these tools professionally.
