Can't get saws direct from China anymore?

About a year ago, I was looking for cheap saws on ebay and there were a lot of Earthquake or Zenoah clones for sale, delivered direct from China with no shipping charges, but now I can't seem to find any. The only Chinese saws have a high price and come from suppliers in the USA and the shipping and import charges to Canada are about half the cost of the saw. Is this new? Have the supply of cheap saws from China dried up?

Nope, just more uk and usa sellers selling them. The earthquakes have gotten expensive on fleebay.

You can still get a kit from Huztl and slap it together yourself..

The Quake frenzy of a couple years ago wasn't from China sellers either. Most would credit that to poorly adjusted carbs and no dealer to set them up properly. Add that the carbs required a "special tool" (splined ?) and it was out of reach of the average homeowner, which drove them down to $20-35. Still awaiting a similar deal on say a 50-60cc companion saw.
