I recently bought a asplundh chipper from a budy of mine and he told that I may not be able to get it registered because he use to work for asplundh and his fOrman sold him the chipper he said the chipper was brought from Florida and sat in the yard and was used as a,parts chipper and he said that eventualy so many parts was taking off of that asplundh told the Forman to take it to the junk yard and instead of junk yard he sold it to the guy I bought it from. So now I have it and I'm wondering what I should do to try and get it registered, if I even can. Just trying to get some info and I live in Texas by the way

You will probably need to apply for a "bonded title". Once you get that, you can get it registered.
However, you may instead, be able to get a "Machinery" plate for that chipper. Something worth checking in to. With a machinery plate, you do not need a title, and you do not have to get the annual safety inspection done on it.
