I no longer climb trees. So, the decision is rather easy for me to make:

If I had to choose a ground saw I would take my 361 as well. It's my favorite all around go to saw. I use it for everything.

My built husqvarna 350 man she's a runner, when it wears out I may show a little more love for my shindaiwa 488. Guess if I had to pick one it would be the 488 but I like the eginomics and light weight of the blow molded husky..... Guess I'm not good at decisions.... Maybe I need to buy another saw to see if I like it better....

I should add that if the 361 were not available, I'd drop back to either an 028 AV Super or a Husky 353. Neither one of these two saws is still available and neither one should have been discontinued.

Even if the old saws were continued you wouldn't recognize them now, they'd have to change several things on them..
