After ordering parts from TreeStuff, Jacks Small Engine and Stihl, have the 461 put back together. Did install high volume oil pump and oil pump worm gear, clutch drum and pilot bearing along with a 25" bar. When comparing the old clutch drum to the new one, old drum had excessive play around the pilot bearing which I suspect was the original cause for the cascading failures. New drum is tight around pilot bearing and fits snugly around the clutch brake. High volume oil pump works great and seems to oil the 25" bar and chain quite well, just have to monitor oil reservoir in between tanks of gas to make sure I don't run it dry.Big lesson learned here, if you have to run an oversized bar, ie 36" bar, do it on a very limited basis or get a bigger saw that will handle the bar and chain. Ya, it looks cool but cost us about $120.00 to fix. Hope this helps someone who is thinking, go big or go home. Thanks all for your input and advice.
