Dull chain?? Is it me or did that seem to take a while to cut that log? What size chainsaw is that? I just bought a 5100s with 18" bar and it makes that saw look like its not turning at all.

166, Numbers in you'r post look good. I used a convert program,
numbers sure don't jive......................

There has been different weight specs floating around on this saw. The other weights listed may have a cat and/or a different chain tensioner???

By comparison, what does/did the 401 sell for?

While I'm thinking about it, what do you guys get for the 5100?

Sorry to say, those numbers doesn't add up - 2.0kw is more like 2.7hp than 2.9bhp.

KWF/DLG test report shows 2.7hp and 4.7kg (about 10.3 lbs).

I see it as a higher quality alternative to the MS230 and Husky 340, but not much past that.

The PS350 & PS420 are PRO QUALITY SAW with magnesium crankcases and a bolt on cylinder. No plastic engine case or crankcase it is a full feature saw nothing wrong with its quality. EVERYONE that has run or bought the PS420 has been very impressed....

I dont know that any of my customers that come in carrying a kwf? or dlg? report????????? They are all looking for a quality easy to start and operate saw for a reasonable price!
