Got a toasty fire going in my old Silver Star, melting the snow off my ruuf quite nicely.

Anybody else got a fire pic?

Yeah been meaning to look at that, an ongoing problem, there is a persistent roof leak that I can't seem to get to stop so I don't want to insulate under it, and fixing the leak will require major work = a spring project.

Hows that cat enjoyin the heat AOD? Ill bet as much as you.

She sleeps up on the wood stack where it's about 80 some degrees

there is a chair on that side of the stove and it blows the heat on the sitter , and it deflects the heat nicely

Interesting....i kinda figured it would melt the magnet. I always wanted to try one of those heat convection powered fans, but they are pricey.

Our Christmas Fireplace

Here is our fireplace with a roaring fire, all decorated up for Christmas.

I have the greatest wife in the world, the antlers were my idea and she loved how it looked.

Interesting....i kinda figured it would melt the magnet.

The heat of a fire box melt a WELDING magnet...? That would be quite some fire considering the heats generated in the metal around the weld
