Stirring up **** again from the Home Depot desk:dizzy:

Hey Space has anyone seen you run a saw?????????????????

Bill

2004 Stihl ms460 artic dies after any cut big or small unless you keep bipping the throttle and then it may stay running. The funny thing is it only does this with a full tank of fuel, after you dink with it for the first half of the tank on the second half it runs fine.

Here's a real question (not necessarily for Tom):

I didn't realize until browsing Acre's a few minutes ago that the 034 was manufactured with 2 different bores. Is there a way to tell which model you've got without actually measuring the cylinder? Is it something as simple as 034 vs. 034 PRO?

034 super is the same as an 036.

There's an 034 and an 034 super. The 034 super has the same bore as an 036.

No "easy" way to tell the difference. Yes, some updated styling BUT the plastic and covers get swapped around al the time so that's not a reliable indicator.

Yes.. same bore, but different Cylinder. Wacky but true. But.. Tom would not have been stumped by such triva. he'd have called me
