I am not saying this is the best 2 saw plan but being a Husky guy and the size wood I cut it is for me:hmm3grin2orange:
It sure ain't Texas:hmm3grin2orange:About 60 miles NNW of the Twin Cities,MN.Nice saws...where do you live? Snow on the ground.
Husky 359 same thing.I've got the same thing - love the combo
where did u get the orange clutch cover for the 346?
Anything thats free to start out with:hmm3grin2orange:Great Plan. Now what's next?
If I was a Husky guy Id go 372xpw 390xpw.
Ive ran the 346 stock and ported nice little saw. It just doesnt do anything the 372 cant do and the 390 will do a lot the 346 cant do.that lil 346 will really do a lot more than you think. I run a 18" on it. My buddy ran outta gas one day while we were cutting, he asked to borrow the 346, he used it for buckin....he said "now I see why you like this so much. It has more grunt than than you think and it screams! How much was it again?"
And they're light to boot! I use the 346 prolly 60-70% of the time, 372 20-30% and the 395 the remainder. All I do is firewood though, nothing major.
OP - 359 cover - huh, didn't know that! I like it! I may just have to take a trip to the small engine shop and find me a 359 parts saw
