Don't go getting all paranoid It's going to be a help when people can't describe their symptoms, or don't want to. Or better yet try to lie about something. If you don't abuse anything then you shouldn't have anything to worry about Besides, XP saws only get a 6 month warranty anyway. I would like to see some sort of rebate offer on those saws if they want to move anything relatively quickly. They kind of fall into a gap as far as cost vs. performance goes. For just a little $ more on either of those you can get a whole lot more saw.I was told Oct by our area rep for the new line. Letting the 357's and I think the 359's run out is the idea.
