What is the difference between the 25'' stihl bars one having the #3003 000 4030 and the other having #3003 000 8830.:msp_confused:
What about the 3003 000 9630? Is that a large or small tip? Also what is the difference between yellow and green marks? Is it like there safety chain marks?

9630 uses 84DL and has a 13 tooth nose
It is 12 tooth and yellow label(large tip) .050 gauge, 3/8 pitch, 84 drivers(25").
Most 24" bars take 84dl.....

Isn't it 13 teeth? :msp_confused:

The chart above clearly shows that the 8830 has an 11 tooth sprocket nose.
Stihl makes 6 different 25" bars for the 3003 mount.
It is 11, sorry. Obviously I can't count when inibriated. All other stats are correct though. Cheers.
What about it? The chart I have shows the 3003 000 9831 to be 13 tooth. Might the 3003 001 9831 be similar?
Alot of older american saws with 24'' bars take 81DL.
That's OK, I can't inebriate when I'm counting!!!!
Likely just made at another factory, in another country?
