Oh you guys, I'm blushing....

I'm in the market for a Shindaiwa 575 clutch cover / brake assembly

I'm also looking for Partner p100 / McCulloch 1000 seals, or to be pointed in the right direction to an acceptable replacement.

I have plenty of parts or some change from the floor of my car to trade.

Covered. Thanks, bplust!

Cheap enough, but dang, man - the rest of the stuff I threw in the cart to make shipping worth it sure raised the price! Will see what the filter from Bryan looks like before I pull the trigger - the CBN wheel I want is $20 cheaper at E&E.

Just an FYI, you may already know: There is another filter that goes in the top handle, it's stuffed in where the throttle rod comes through. You can cut your own, or order them. The poulan part number is 530023373, "throttle wire boot". It might actually be a different number on the CVA, I haven't compared the CVA and DA closely enough yet to be sure. I've got some other "dust seals" here with a part number of 53002388, but I don't remember what I ordered them for. Probably ought to figure that out....

I am in the market for some older remington saws such as any like the pl9 sl5 sl6 sl7 sl11 and any other older remingtons that are sl or pl in this type of series. If you have any to get rid of please pm me.

Bumping and adding, Got a 2101xp from a member here and its a real good example but need a couple odds and ends, namely a starter pawl/spring and mounting stud and a starter rotor (pawl is the later style not the really straight ones and the stud is the splined type not threaded)

Revise the starter pawls, need 3 threaded pins 1pawl/washer spring as it is advisable to thread the f/w and change to threaded pins as the splined type tend to loosen as 2 of these have(one is gone and the second keeps backing out) so if I get the parts I will drill and tap for threaded pins could also use outer bar plates for the husky 21xx series as they dont seem to oil the bar well without them, and it seems that I am not the only one looking for partner p100 type seals.
TIA

Me too on the seals!!!!!

I'm looking for some parts for a Poulan S25CVA -
1. Piston and cylinder. (My cyl may be salvageable, but piston is toast)
2. Air filter (see above, saw came to me with no filter whatsoever)
3. Recoil screws. Can get em locally, but if someone with some of the other parts has em laying around...
Saw is too nice to toss, I have that problem a lot.
Have green to trade or misc older saw parts - lemme know what you're looking for and maybe I'll have it.

Did you find all the parts you need? IF not give me a holla, I have 2 sitting here that might have the parts you need...

Well found an 031 filter in a box and have a lead on a 045 recoil.turns out I need an 045 clutch cover too.....thanks for the help.

I have a NOS 031 rim style drum if yee be interested...

Also if anyone needs some Makita DCS-34 stuff I have a whole box going on ebay soon so let me know!

Homelite Super E-Z

The saw has been claimed.

Can anyone use this? I haven't attempted to start it, I was told it didn't. I pulled it a couple times and it has some compression. As you can see I haven't put much effort into it and don't plan on doing so, hopefully someone can give it a good home. I could use a few husky 51/55 parts but I'd part with this for the price of shipping. Send me a message if you're interested.

Thanks,

Richard

ok so I gotta come beg one last time; I got the 044 almost finished up and am missing a few last things... I realized that my 1/2 wrap wasn't to a 044 it was to a 066/660... The few remaining items are below.

1.) bucking spikes
2.) 1/2 wrap handle
3.) the plastic av plugs

PS: if Ed is reading this the recoil screws were the smaller type and I have found extras. The rubber plug doesn't seem to fit with the flare insert...??? Did some 044's come with a different attachment screw (for the saftey front handle thru the recoil to the crankcase) than the rubber plug, flare bushing and screw? All 4 recoil screws are tapped in the crankcase for the smaller size...

No 1/2 wrap but I have a 3/4 wrap that I'm told is for an 044/046.

Looking for fuel lines / carb kit / air filter for my 032 with a Walbro

Does anyone have an OEM rear handle for an old style 090AV???.....The aftermarket one I bought from Germany, busted in the same place as this one just as I was tightening the bolt. :angry2:

I would compensate anyone very nicely for a good original one of these!!!....I really need to get this saw together!

I checked. Wrong handle.

Sorry

If I am not mistaken, Dennis Cahoon said he buys those brand new from Bailey's. May not be the AV type though. Worth a call though.
