You can put a 55cc 65cc 70cc on these. Just had a 550 and 65 in for some trouble shooting.

Hi all again, i have a little problem with one of my s55 partner. IT has wery little blues spark and it wont runsaasti properly on idle or wot, i have takin 2 trimmer coils and installed those in old coil "shoe " but it kicks back bad on idle and spark is still so weak that i hardly sen it... So what do i have to do make it running properly again 
Partner 5000 Plus -need some help?At cylinder base are two brass lines.One on left has a line that exits at handle on right side.One on right had nothing attached but tank vent hose looks to be long enough to go there.Is that correct?I pulled the rubber to see what was down there and just thought an elaborate tank vent system?? On a separate note, I am trying to get a k-12 cutoff running. It is an old model that I have been told is comparable to a chainsaw model. I need thoughts on where to get a carb kit. It is a tilly carby with a bottom inlet screen. I tried soaking the diaphragm and the valving sheet for a week in ATF and no joy. The saw fires right off with gas in the carb but will not pick up fuel.

Keith,Mark got me the answer, I don't sign in much.We have Verizon wireless which makes it like dial up.Kits I see everywhere for that #?And there was a post about the new AM Jonsered 490 piston fitting a Partner 5000 plus well it does work,runs good but squish was .038 without gasket,my guy will love it.

Thanks to a member here who posted a Craigslist ad, I am the owner of a nice P-100 Super. It was in a pawn shop and they readily agreed to ship. It is in better shape than the P-100 and PM 1000 I currently have and cost less than those as well.

Picked up a R16 about a year ago for $30,did a muffler mod and raised compression,new piston,rings and this is absolutely one of my favorite saws to cut with,very smooth and a exhaust note that separates itself from all others.

Hey fellas. Do any of you partner enthusiasts know if the K650 has a different flywheel and ignition coil compared to the R20/R420?
I have just modified a K650 cylinder to fit a R20 crankcase but i just can't seem to get the saw to rev out clean, it just hits a wall and it sounds like the ignition is breaking up/ stuttering. I'm running an aftermarket Husky 55 coil. cheers in advance, Sandy.

Hey guys, quick question for ya.
A buddy of mine has a P500 with a broken safety lever interlock(505 27 92-02 or 503 12 64-01). Would a safety lever interlock of a Poulan Pro 325 (503506901) , same saw as P5000+ not work if he could find one? Or does anyone know where to find one?
