Ok, that is the way to go, In Canada I can not get them for triple that price, then again from Baileys I would have to pay shipping to get. That really is a crazy cheap price. So Everyone can just buy there if they want.

The baileys kit doesn't look to be the heated just full wrap. I may be mistaken but this is a heated handle.

That is a great price. Heated handle saws have different flywheel, generator, switch, wiring and handle with heat element. It's not just adding a heated handle.
