I am having a hard time getting saws and trimmers here lately. Did Stihl have to close their plant? If so, are they still closed?

In my first post, I was referring to the plant closing, and most reasonable people would assume that was why, I didn't feel it neccesary to cover that ground..Oh pull your head out Fish!
Did you ever hear of the epidemic called coronavirus that the planet earth experienced in the spring of year 2020?
I’m sure production & distribution had to shut down for a while.
I was going to head up to Louisville, but I don't want to hit the riots. I need to buy a stack of stuff.
I think that the guys at the dealership are packin'... The are in a rough part of town.If you hit the riots, you just don a mask and grab what ya need don't ya?
Both probablyYeah, I was wondering if it was due to plant closings, or high demand. My parts sales are @ 300%, I am wondering if that may be due more to folks not buying China crap, or just more folks working on their own stuff.
China crap and lack of new stuff so they need to fix what they have. Both probably
I’ve been stuck working 7 days a week for the last 2 months because of Stihl work that needs to get done after my full time jobThey only had a few workers working and now have a hell of a time getting workers back , they may be drawing more on unemployment than they were making working full time , just my guess there
No where to go, let’s go hit dirt and rocks and have the Stihl guy sharpen them......China crap and lack of new stuff so they need to fix what they have.
